Check it again at a smaller scale. SolidWorks doesn't scale deformation around a point for display, it just multiplies the displacement vector by a scalar. The results can be misleading--if one component had to travel farther to get to the same point as another component, when you scale it, the two will not be in the same place.
What do your constraints look like? The results don't appear to come from what I'd think the boundary conditions might be.
could be deformation scale?
maybe you're thinking that global will apply when you need local?
