Sweeping between two different face shapes

Hello!

I am attempting to sweep between an ellipse and a circle - the image is pretty self explanatory. Not sure how. Any help much appreciated!

  Sorry for improper use! As it happens I found a solution to the issue - I ended up using the loft feature and adding a reference/guideline path.
