I trying to print a 3D test print and the circles are not circular. Is it in the resolution in Solidworks setting?
I set my angle tolerance to 1 degree if I need really circular circles, otherwise it's at 5. Also, if your circles are oval you have a problem with the X or Y axis of the machine.
I created a test print month ago that would determine if the X or Y is off. I final had a chance to print it out to see if Y or X is off.
Sure enough Y axis is off. The front bearing for the Y axis has slop in it, causing the issue.

If you're saving it as a .STL file to export to slicing software, in the SaveAs menu click the options button and make sure the resolution is turned up to where you want it.
