Hi, thanks for taking the time to help.

I'm trying to make an assembly of a slat conveyor (see image)which consists of a shaft and two chain wheels at either end andtwo alternating types of slat fixed to chain modules.

There are about 96 slats in total I think, and I'm trying tofind a way to pattern them around the chain wheels.

Not shown in the image is a surface part on which a cam matesare set for the slats shown. i.e. if I drag one slat around, it andthe other two will follow the path properly.

I've tried a few different types of mates and patterns to createmore copies of the two types of slat, but without success.

Is there a better way to do this than just adding another 93slats to the assembly?

By the way, I've had a look at http://www.mikejwilson.com/solidworks/solidworks_files.htmand although there are some interesting examples there, I've notfound them particularly helpful in this instance. Although thatmight just be me not understanding how they can help me...

Thanks a lot,

Chris
