I am not able to drag the Section Line after it is inserted into a drawing view.

I created the section partial section cut by sketching a line, selecting the line for the section cut.

When I edit the sketched line I am not able to drag the end points or even move the line to adjust the section line.

I did see a thread on this from about 3 years ago and I made sure the solution that helped that person wasn't the case here.

I am running SW2015 SP 1.1
