SolidWorks does not have a function for displacement mapping. It is possible there is an add in for it, but I am not aware of any.
Many polygonal modeling application can do displacement mapping. ZBrush, Blender, 3dsMax, and many others ....
If you need to be able to use the model with the displacement mapping in SolidWorks or for CNC milling (injection molds), then the triangulated surfaces must converted to a nurbs model. If your only concern is 3d printing, then you don't have to worry about a nurbs model.
If you are referring to displacement mapping that appears as part of appearances, it will not have any effect on the 3-D printed part. That is only a visual effect.
Now all is clear. Thank You.
