Wherever you run a simulation you would need a valid license. I'm just guessing but it sounds like you are using some sort of student edition? In any case, someone would have to pay for a license. I am not familiar if SW can even run in a cloud environment - that would be a good question for a VAR or to the SW main page.
there is no distributed computing option with solidworks simulation and no cloud compute option
so all you can do is throw your simulation on a really fast computer
you could try something like amazon if you have a solidworks license for that system
but in the end, my guess is the improvements will be small...the best way to improve solve time is by optimizing the analysis setup

I really need sometimes to run many sim contemporarly, because I make many model variations.
And fast computing will help also.
Cloud computing seems quite cheap and flexible.
