Accurate simulation of side core movement

Hi Guys,

I was hoping that someone could tell me the most robust method of mating a side core within an assembly so that it is simulated accurately upon tool opening / closing. What I would hope to see is the side core movement stopping on the opening stroke as the horn pin loses contact with the hole in the side core. I will get a simple sub assembly together to post but I just wanted to see if anyone had already mastered this. If anyone has and could share a simple sub assembly to show I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance
