I need to draw dimensions smaller then 0.1 micron. I need to be able to draw dimensions from 0.004 micron to as much as 20 mm.

Can Solidworks create parts with dimensions of this spread 0.004 micron to 20 mm.

More specifically i am extruding a 2 D part of several square millimeters to a thickness of 0.004 micrometers.

I have changed the units but they do not change the range in which i can draw features/parts.

Is there a way to change this so i can draw smaller dimensions than 0.1 microns ?

or Is SolidWorks limited to sizes above 0.1 micrometer ?

Thankyou:
