Solidworks 2014 and Hyper-Threading on a i7 and a Xeon: Enable or disable?

Hello We have two modern machines (2014 and 2015) and we are kind of confused on whether it is best to enable or disable Hyper-Threading on them. They are at least Windows 7 Professional machines. The i7 I dont remember exactly the model (it is very high end) and the Xeon is a 3650 v3 Our most intensive use is Solidworks Simulation 2014 What do you recommend?
