One improvement is that EPDM now consolidates the notifications into a single email. I have it sent to me and then forward it as required.
That would be a great improvement. I currently do what Jim does, but I push it out to people responsible to do the task. I have also set up a "EPDM will throw you under the bus." system. This involves me getting a notification at 8 days and set to resend every 8 days. Then the Engineering manager gets an e-mail at 16 days and repeats every 8 days. After 24 days EPDM notifies the Operations manager and repeats every 8 days. This tends to move things along. (See image.)
