Good morning all,

Is there a feature in SW that will allow me to take a solid body profile (sketch then simple extrusion such as first pic below) and convert it to sheet metal making all the parts join with a corner to corner fit for fillet welds?  I was thinking of "convert to sheet metal" but it only gives the options for bends and I would like to know if you can set up as simple corner to corner pieces with no bends.  And if I try to use this and would only wanna bend the pieces as noted in 2nd and 3rd pics below, the top "z" piece is gone.

Also tried using the shell feature and the result is what I would want (see 4th pic) but corner to corner fitup cannot be achieved unless there's an option somewhere else.  Just looking for ideas that would prevent me from sketching & extruding all 4 pieces with the corner to corner fit worked in (as shown in the vertical edges of 3rd pic).  Thanks in advance!
