boot, pin and housing with two shrink fits analysis works ok.
even adding displacement of pin solves.
add any other part and crashes

crashes solver as in Solidworks needs to restart

so now it is not crashing but having a failure in the solution.
Solution failure in a Step>1, it could be due to:
The solution may be at a buckling or limit point, i.e., for force control or contact problems, this is the end of solution (check out the response graphs).
Iterations not converging:
1. Increase the Singularity-elimination-factor @ .5 now
2. Raise the convergence tolerance slightly (Last resort)
Looks like it is stabilizing and stopping. I have a small gravity force that does not seem to be making sufficient force to actually cause any motion. raised it very high to see what happens now.
ended up just doing the shrink fit around the pin and moving the pin with a prescribed distance. Used the displacement and force curves to create force - displacement curve for use in motion study applying force to pin and leaving the rubber boot out of the motion study. Seems to give good results.
