I am using SolidWorks Electrical 2D and 3D 2015, I need to add lug details in reports BOM and also show in 3D view, is it possible to show cable lugs details in BOM and in 3D view,
if yes then how, please tell me if anyone can solve this problem..

In order to show the information you need on a BOM, you need to be able to write your own SQL queries in the "expert" section of the report customization.
You would need to Join the table that contains the info you need to the rest of the tables you are querying (bottom section of code), query that specific column of information (top section of code), and then add that column to show up in your report (in the "Columns" tab. Your info would either be in the tew_buildofmaterials table or the tew_userdata table depending on where you entered it.
I know my explanation means nothing if you are not familiar with SQL code. The syntax is fairly simple if you go here you may be able to teach yourself.

As fas as I´ve tried I haven´t managed to make BOM work to show lugs properties.
However you can draw the symbols in the schematics, and you can associate them to the main component as auxiliary, and give them a part reference number which can be added to the 3D model. And you can route within those lugs.
Nevertheless I haven´t been able to make Electrical 2D BOM to show the type of lugs a wire is crimped.
