I am trying to prepare for the exam and need some insight. I'm not looking for an edge or anything but I just wanted to know what to expect.
I found a sample exam with 4 questions but I think there is more to it then that.

Hi Jeff,
I experienced the test exam to be easy compared to the real exam. I could only finish around the half or two thirds of the 19 questions.
Currently I'm training for a repeat. Have a look at Matthew Perez Camaro Project (@Surface Modeling a Car) if you don't have a lot of surface modeling experience.
Regards,
Chris
A month ago I past the Surfacing exam.
It was the second time I entered the exam, the next topics are known to be treated:

Specially Go through model creation of Mouse, Remote and Instant 3D creation and modification.
