Hope everyone is doing well after the holidays. Craig and I have recently returned from Solidworks World and it came to our attention that NEOSWUG is having its 10th anniversary this year. Solidworks makes every effort to make sure and visit those groups having anniversaries and we are no exception. We have planned our next meeting to be held on April 15th and we’re very excited to announce that Richard Doyle, "The User Group Guy", has made a commitment to be with us at that meeting. When you think of a pyramid of users helping each other, Richard is the one at the top.
We tried really hard to find a super special place to have our meeting and we came so close to locking in at the Canton Football hall of fame but in the end a number of obstacles got in the way and we will not be able to have our next meeting there. We figured that since we missed getting one museum, we would go for another and so the next meeting will be at the International Women’s Air & Space Museum at Burke Lakefront Airport. We had such a successful meeting there last time (can’t thank Tim Cochrane enough!!!) that we thought we would show off a Cleveland treasure to Richard for this meeting as well.
We are still working on a few special things for this meeting so stay tuned to the forum for news. We do ask that you RSVP as soon as possible so we can make arrangements and we are asking for you to provide a T-shirt size as well…just in case.
Don’t forget to check back for updates to the agenda as we lock it in and we look forward to seeing you all at the next meeting.
