In order to determine the Wall distance or Y+, can we use flow simulation to obtain the dimensionless values as output ? I am aware flow sim uses K-e Turbulence model but not sure how can it show Y+ as output....

if you have added all parameters and it isn't there, it isn't available for plotting

what kind of plot are you looking to have it show in? a cutplot?
there are options for making custom plots, haven't tired myself but velocity and viscosity should be easy to choose, dimension to wall is challenging, how does it know what wall to use?
why not go with a bunch of point goals connected to equation goals?

it uses the modified wall functions approach- Van Driest profile. Just get his paper and you will have it. Flow isn't a research code. You could always build a little test case flow over a flat plate say with enough cells and you draw a line normal to the plate and plot the velocity. How would you would even display y+ as a distribution over a system is not immediately obvious to me.....but then again I have not thought about for long either.
