So I have a sweep cut of a circle on a 1 degree taper. The end of the sweep cut does not have a 1 degree face on the part. If the circle is swept cut to the path of 1 degree it should
be 1 degree off on the face? Thanks for any help

Could you post the part - or is there another feature that cuts off the end??
I understand what you need . but I'm not seeing the whole picture
I am using SW2014 so I can't open your part, but I believe the problem is that your circle sketch used for the sweep is on a plane parallel to the end face, not perpendicular to the 1 degree path. For a linear sweep the end will be parallel to the beginning. You may need to make a plane normal to the sweep path and then sketch the circle on that plane. Keep in mind you might also have to cut in the opposite direction too if the bottom of the circle starts inside the part.
The end of your swept cut followed the orientation of the sweep profile sketch. If you want the end of the cut to be at 1deg, then that's what your profile sketch needs to be. Check mine. I think this is what you need.
