I created a new weldment square pipe profile (I did a "saveas" of an existing one to create the new one).

I have a multi-body part.  I'm trying to replace a square pipe profile with the new one I created (1x1 tube to a 1x2 tube).  When I attempt this (by editing the feature and selecting my newly created profile) I get a message "Library Feature is empty".

Any idea what this means and why it won't work?
