I have been away from SolidWorks for quite a while, and am needing to get reacquainted with it, and I'm starting off with a hard one, for me any way.

I have some tubing that gets a miter cut on the end, and then the cut edges are chamfered.

How would I model this up so that the form is realistic?

We are going to be cutting this part on our tube laser, and the surface needs to be the path that the laser head needs to follow.
