I scanned the forum a little on this issue but didn't see a answer. Has anyone solved the issue with the decals showing up on both sides of the part yet. I have the face filter selected and have only selected the face on which I want the decal placed. Any ideas? Thanks again guys.

I agree. You apparently didn't see my post either.
Frank it's not just yo but lot many times people have not been able to see/get the attachments. Check if you get the one in this post.
Avoid using RAR and 7zip extensions as lot many people don't have programs to unrar/unzip these extensions/files.

Thanks for the heads up Deepak I would have been thinking about that one for hours. I have 7zip extractor, but to no help I still cant see any of the uploaded zip files any of you have posted. This is strange I remember I used to see these attachments. Very strange indeed.
Are you viewing the forum pages via the All Content tab option?
If you are viewing via the Inbox, you will not see attachments unless you click on the thread header.

So back to the original problem...
Is the chosen face part of a solid body, or a surface?
Can you post an image?
Which version of SW are you using?
It is a Solid Body. I am using SW 2014. 
These are front and rear shots as you can tell.
How thin is the material?
Are you sure the part has not been set to transparent?
What graphics card & driver are you using? Use the SolidWorks Rx > Diagnostics tool to check.
Do you have this option selected...
Material Thickness is .060
The transparency is not selected for this part.
Graphics card is a AMD Radeon HD 6450.
And yes that option is selected under system options.

There's the problem. Replace the Radeon with an approved card & driver.

As an alternative you could try to soft mod the Radeon with the RealHack utility.
Thanks Kelvin - I will look into this. So for all purposes if I were to render a animation or save a part and give to someone else who had a better card they would not see this problem?
It's not 100% guaranteed, but the Radeon is the most likely cause of the problem.
A system with an approved card & driver should be able to view the part correctly.
