Hi all,

I'm trying to do a simple tangent mate for a cylinder to be offset to one side of a planar surface as shown in the attached picture (relevant surfaces are in blue), but SW 2013 doesn't seem able to do this without giving a load of error messages or saying it can't be solved. Even if I remove all other mates it still can't do it.

It ends up going to the opposite side other the planar surface without allowing me to change it back. This seems such a simple task, how come SW can't cope with it?
