Yes. Set up a Layer that's turned off. Click on the break lines and move them into this Layer. Now they won't show up in the drawing.
I want to make you aware of one odd behavior that started with SW2014. I occasionally have assemblies with one Part a good distance from the rest of the assembly. When I create a drawing view of this assembly and Break it between the parts, so that the Break lines aren't crossing any model lines, then move the break lines into the Layer that's turned off they will still be visible. They will take on the colors of the hidden Layer, but will be visible until I go into the Layer properties, make the Layer visible, then hide it again. That fixes it. I don't think I've ever tried to hide section lines that did cross the model, so I don't know if this behavior is specific to that situation, but I wanted to make you aware of it.
