How does one create a double tilted plane between a start point and end point? Beginning is at elevation 0, end is at elevation 3". Radii are all 18".
Could you elaborate a little more? From what I'm reading I think you want to create a plane that intersects the start point and end point but I'm not sure.
I don't understand what you mean about "double tilted plane". From your other Discussion you're wanting to do a Sweep. A Sweep doesn't require multiple planes. Assuming that your screenshot is of your path, then you need a separate sketch for the sweep profile. It can be placed on one of the primary planes, since your sketch path starts at the Origin.
Involves more than the sweep. probably will need a spiral and or loft to get it right.
If you'll need multiple sketch profiles, you should be able to create planes as needed coincident with a point on the sketch and perpendicular with a line. Then place your sketches on these planes.

Your screenshot is the path and create a profile on a new plane. For what I showed, I created a new plane by picking my front plane and the construction line inclined to 40 degrees. Thank you. =D
