Wrap not projecting onto one fillet.

I am trying to wrap a sketch around a face and 2 tangent fillets.

It shows that it will project the way I want it to on the left fillet.

However, when I use the face and 2 fillets it doesn't appear on the left fillet.

Is there a reason it would be doing this or am I missing something? Thanks in advanced.
