When I click on the new document icon, SW immediately crashes. I'm running 2014 on a Student License through my university.
My comp specs:
Processor: Intel Core i7-4700MQ @ 2.40 GHz
RAM: 16gb DDR3
OS: Windows 7 64bit
Graphics: Intel 4600 integrated and Nvidia GTX 770M dedicated (drivers updated to newest as of Feb. 9, 2015)
HDD: Seagate 1TB hybrid 7200rpm
This error occurs whenever I attempt to create a new document, or when I attempt to open a preexisting drawing file. I can open assemblies and individual parts no problem.
When I first installed SW on this computer (on January 1st, 2015), everything worked as it should. Then, last week, I discovered that I couldn't create drawing files.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times with slightly worse results. I used to be able to create new assemblies and parts.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here's a screenshot of the error.

2. GDI Objects
3. System Option Based on Performance ( Check for best performance Setting option )
4. Aero Theme .
