I have a regular subscription service but in my customer area the download link are locked so i cannot download anything !

Your SolidWorks Reseller should be able to crate a service request for you regarding your customer portal account. It may just be that you need to register your serial number to the latest version of SolidWorks. After you log into the Customer portal, select the link to register my product. then select the highest version of SolidWorks in the list. If the list does not go high enough for your subscription, have your reseller create a service request to update your entitlement.
