We have recently upgraded the EPDM Vault to 2015 SP 1.1, also installed the SolidworksNETWORK license manager. My IT guy did select upgrade database.

However the database has not updated. It remains at 13.5. Regardless how many times we run the update tool we don't get the upgrade database menu and are at a loss.

We even clicked on dbupdate.exe in the vault server but are at a loss what to do.

This is urgent so please can someone help as I can do no work as of this moment.
