Enrico,.. add a line at the base of the arc to make a closed boundary and use fill surface..

It's the same procedure as explained in your previous discussion here
Either you can crate a small shut-off surface there or extent the cavity surface to the flat parting surface and then split
There are different ways to accomplish this, depends on the complexity of the part
