eDrawings 2015 64 bit will not launch after initial installation

I just paid for and downloaded eDrawings Professional.  The program will not launch.  I made it through the install and registration process just fine but when I try to Launch, I get an error message that says; "eDrawings has Stopped Working.  Check online line for a solution and close the program”.  I click on the "Check Online" button but this does not help.This is what it lists as Problem under details on the same error window;
