It looks like the only graphics options are an HD4600 or Radeon HD 8790M, neither of which are suitable for SW.
Have you been running other versions of SW on that laptop?
Yes, it was running 2013 SP4 until Thursday then it just stopped working.
If you haven't updated SW recently, the problem was most likely caused by a Windows update.
Try running a System Restore to a time-point before Thursday.

To better diagnose your problem, please provide your complete system specifications (OS, Graphic card, RAM, Processor) as well as which version of SolidWorks you're having problems with.
Is this a new install or are you upgrading from a previous install?
Can you run SolidWorks Rx (start->all programs->SolidWorks->SolidWorks tools)? If so, any error messages?
