In your archive there is only an assembly file. You should upload part files also in order for the assembly to be opened and simulation run

you might be able to determine this to it's full extent if you could do a nonlinear dynamic analysis within SW simulation.
Unfortunately you cannot. You would need something like Abaqus to do so.
Why do you need to do this with a simulation? The answer is no, you will not cut it.
The shear force you would need to cut 4 "branches" at once, would mean you break through 400 mm2 of material with an Rp0,2 of at least 1000N/mm2
You do not need to be a mathematician to determine this will not work with a force of 10000N.
If you would do this in Abaqus, you would find out that there is even more to it. The parts will not break evenly, thus cluttering the hole in the cutter, after severe deformation of that same cutter.

how are you thinking of evaluating whether this will happen based on a static analysis?
what is the exact error that you are getting?
