Time to time, I get the " blue screen".
There is not a rule for it. All I can say it is that only happens when I have SW open, this is sure.
I leave you a picture from the screen, if this could help.
It would be helpful to know your computer specs: Model, RAM, operating system, graphics card.
Also, run SolidWorks Rx and see if there are any discrepancies.
This has NOTHING to do with SolidWorks. It is specifically tied to WINDOWS UPDATE.
Make sure you install Windows 7 SP1:
Platform update for Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
This is the information of the computer:
However, I have some doubts with the graphics card. I see two and I don't know which one is using and if they are correctly configured
Windows says that both works correctly.
Check your graphics card driver. You can check for certified graphics card and download the drivers here: Graphics Card Drivers | SOLIDWORKS
Till now, I have just installed the very last driver for my graphic card.
I'll give some days to see if the blue screen appears again.
I yes, I'll make Braian's suggestion.
It is curious that, even the update is for Windows 7, the file start with Windows 6.1 ¿¿¿????
Is it still not clear for me if I must install 2670838 and later 2834140 or just only 2834140
