I have a huge part part that has a lot of bodies . My problem I want to print one of the bodies. When I turn off visibility of all unwanted features and have only the part I want to print visible and save it to STL, then when I import it into my printer graphics area , all the model shows up. How do I save so I can only print this small portion of my file?

At the very end of the feature manager create a "delete body" feature deleting all of the bodies that you do not leave resulting with the body you wish to print. You can expand the solid bodies folder, left click select all of the bodies, except for that one, then hit the delete key on your keyboard. To edit which body, you can edit the feature, left click different bodies in the solid bodies folder or click the bodies in the graphics area. Then suppress or delete this feature when you're done with it.
In the multi body part, select the body you want to export by selecting it in the solid/surface body folder. Then do the save as STL. Finally pick the option "selected bodies" from the pop up window.
If not then you can insert the body into a new part and save that as STL (quite simple). For this expand the solid/surface body folder, right click on the body you want to print and then select insert into new part.
