Thanks Denzil for your reply, but actually I am looking for ready defined material list and not to create & to edit them one by one.
There are some materials I added directly to the library file in SW, I wanted to avoid going to another 'screen' to select them and they would not be in order anyway. I downloaded this material library from here on the forums and have the original zip file. I have loaded a few of them but I can not vouch for their accuracy in simulations. I did paste these directly into the existing SW library file but I wouldn't recommend the process for just anyone.
I was looking to add to my Lib material as well, But I am also looking gasket material Cork.. dose anyone know where I can go to get list of material that I can add to library material?
You add them to the Custom Materials library, not in Solidworks Materials. The simplest way is to right click a similar material in the SW library, and click Copy, then right click and paste it into your Custom library and edit it as required.
