SOlidWorks 2014 Premium

Trying to figure out this frickin add decal feature

Everytime I drag a decal onto my part, when I click OK, the decal diasappears ??? WTF??

I have a TIFF image I want to use as a decal, but same thing, when I drag and place it on the part, it just disappears when I click the green OK check mark.

Did I mention that I hate Solidworks?

Any ideas?
