In a D size drawing if I want to zoom into a corner and just print what I see, how do I do that? What I get is just the bottom left corner of the full D size.
I am having this same issue. I can't print the current screen image or selection of the screen. Is anyone from SolidWorks even working on this?
I'm using 2014. I picked the Print range option - current screen image to do this. Unless, there are other issues causing this.
I think I've got. I'm running 2015. File>Print>Click on Current Screen Image>Click Selection>Click OK.
A small Print Selection window opens in the top corner of the screen and a window appears over your drawing.
Choose your scale. The scale you choose determines the size of the window.
Grab the window and move it where you need it.
Click OK in the small Print Selection window and you should be able to print whatever was in your window.
Hope this helps.
This is also how I am doing it now. It's a few extra steps than the old way but it works. You just have to play with the scale size to get a window size that will fit what you want to print. It was easier to just zoom in on your screen and then pring current screen image. That way only prints the bottom left corner of my drawing without any scale applied to it.
