What version of Solidworks?
I seem to recall having to fight with it to get them to show in 2014, but it appears to be fixed in 2015
I'm on 2014
Usually I don't directly show model sketches in a drawing, in part because of this.
I turn on the sketch in the drawing view, then use Convert Entities to bring the desired sketch entities into the drawing view. Then I make the model sketch invisible again.
The view's sketch entities can then be placed on a layer with color controlled by the layer. I think you can also control individual sketch segment colors and line fonts with the line format tool, but I never do this.

I do use the tools on the Line Format toolbar. That way I don't need to have a Layer set up with the desired properties.
The reason I am putting sketch lines in a drawing is to create a schematic so i cant use the convert entities command
That's exactly what it was. Thank you much
Before conveting block you can change color for each different sketck entity. But when convert the sketch into the block the sketch entity which you selected to convert the block will be turned as a single sketch.
1.Click Layer Properties from layer toolbar.
2.Create new layer for the block set the color and linetype for block.
4.Select the block sketch.
5.From layer toolbar -> Click the drop down list box -> Set the created layer.
By following the above steps you can change the color of the block.
Thanks and Regards
