you would think after all these years. tolerance set in the model would put it self into a drawing automagixly... is there a way to set 2015 to do this.. I can't find one.
If a toleranced dimension doesn't exist in the model, how would a manually added (driven) dimension know what tolerance to apply? Where would it obtain that information?
You should be able to select the view and select Insert-model items
SW has been able to do that for many years.
Insert > Model Items
yes that works, but what about manually added dimensions? sometime I add extra dimensions at the machinests request..
well if you get all logical on me..
can't see the forest for the trees... today
If you manually add a dimension to the drawing it will fall under the tolerance callout in the title block.
