I have an assembly (crimping tool) on which i am doing a simulation. There is a leverage bar atached to a handle, these are attached via a pin connector (front) and the rear is a pin in the handle which can move through the slot in the leverage bar. As you can see the handle and leverage bar don't actually share the same "hole" for the transfer pin (the one in the slot). The leverage bar is attached to the other component ( the base) with a pin as well.
The fixed surface is to simulate the item to be crimped, therefore the tool can not move any further once the crimping is done. I want to verify the load, resultant force, being passed to the connector from some bench test data that I have.
Thank you
