Hi I get this error after checking in a file in a certain state: "You don’t have permission to perform this action".

The file checks in and I can change state afterwards.  If I select multiple files to check in at once, it gives the error and stops after checking in one file.

I can't see anything wrong with state, folder, or transition permissions.  No automatic transitions.  No dispatch script attached.  Any other ideas??
