Go to:  Service Packs, Simulation, PDM, 3DVIA Products, SOLIDWORKS Viewer, Free CAD Tools Downloads | Windows, Mac, Linux | SOL…

(Go  to "downloads" section under "Solidworks" if it doesn't go straight there)

Then go to "version" and select "All"

Then go to free CAD tools

The list will appear below and you can select 2014, 32 bit version.
