Hi guys, I'm designing a plastic box so I created the body of it as a solid and then shell it to 1.6 mm perfectly, after that and because is easier in this part I created a planar surface from the inner border of the top box wall and trim it as I need to create a variable width top form.

The idea is to thicken it to merge with the vertical wall and either merge the result or combine the 2 solids after that (very normal thing to do)

I tried one and the other and in both cases the result is the damage of the already thick vertical wall and strangely very far away from the top.

I attached a video that shows what happen. Im working with 2015 and tried it on my base machine and on my laptop, the results are the same.  It seems to be a bug, any ideas?

Thank you in advance
