I have an assembly in which i have added a part 2 times .
I have edited one part out of them in assembly and now what i can see is i have 2 parts modified , but i want to modify only one of them
help me ...

If you make a change to a part, then all instances of that part will update. If you want one part to be one way and a second part slightly different, do a SAVEAS to create a second part similar to the first part and give it a new file name.
Be careful with SAVE As. You'll want to be sure that you have the assembly closed or, if you're on 2014 or later, that you select the save as copy option so that you don't overwrite the existing parts in the assembly.
This is as SW is supposed to work. If you only want one part to be different either make it a new part or use configurations to make a new instance of the part.
Look into working with configurations.
In SOLIDWORKS 2015, we have a new option as well - Make independent.
