2015 Premium License and Toolbox

Our VAR is helping us with this issue but I thought I'd post it on the forums to see if anyone else is having this problem.

We have SolidWorks 2015 SP1.1 with Professional and Premium network licenses.

If we start to create a part with Toolbox and/or Toolbox Browser enabled under Add-ins, SolidWorks will grab a Premium license instead of a Professional.

This is not the behavior with SolidWorks 2014 or 2013.

I've checked my license order and Premium comes after Professional.  I've tried a fresh install and toolbox with the default SolidWorks settings but it's still using a Premium license.

My license manager log file actually shows it taking a Professional license and then releasing it for a Premium.

Has anyone seen this issue or, if you have Professional and Premium licenses on SolidWorks 2015, could you see what happens for you?

Thank you
