Hole wizard counterbore or countersunk hole from angled or curved surface?

perpendicular to the bottom face.

I can not figure out a way to make anything start at the angled surface, yet not perpendicular to it.

Tried a couple different things, as you can see.

Cleanest so far is creating a spotface offset from the top surface (where the hole farthest to the right is) and then adding the hole wizard hole to that surface.

I know in Pro-E there was an option to make holes at angles, perpendicular to other surfaces, etc.
