When I try to click and drag objects (views in drawings, dimensions, etc) it doesn't work properly. I will click and try to drag but it won't drag, or at least not very far. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes it just won't move. My mouse is tethered, so I know it isn't an issue with batteries being low. Also, it works fine in other programs except I just noticed I'm having the same issue in Excel which makes me think this isn't a SW issue but I'm asking it here anyway hopeing someone can offer up a suggestion. I'm currently using SW 14 SP4.
