I have a extrusion that will not convert to sheetmetal. I get the pop up "cannot be a bend edge as there is a face for the edge which is non planar". I do not understand why it must be planar if i am converting a bend?
I have tried a couple of ways to make this into sheetmetal with no luck. I have tried breaking it up into pieces. Any advise or direction in how to overcome it would be greatly appreciated.

I deleted the inner loop of sketch and create opening for flattern.But ı can not procees with base flange.
Then ı draw same line on the sketch for planer face.The sketch has too spline so the program could not convert sheet metal.
You can do it but you should spent time for repairing sketch.
Thank you I got the sketch from someone second hand, and the more I look at it the worse it seems. It will take alot longer than they like, but it needs to be done right. Thank you!
