So i have 3 different planes and 1 circle above those planes ... I made a 3d sketch on the plane edges and selected as a profile. And I try to loft the profile of the edges with the circle. I get the error "cannot make two planar end faces to cap the end sheet". How can I make it work ? What other options do I have ?

I noticed that there were intersecting lines in your 3D sketch. Try using the selection manager and selecting a closed loop. Or deleting the crossing lines in your 3D sketch.
Use the Boundary - Boss/Base feature instead of a loft. As Alex said use the selection manager to select the outline of the 3d sketch.

You could also delete the old faces, do a surface loft, cap the hole and knit to form solid.
