We’ve received vendor assemblies that are a single solid part and the feature tree simply has a single Solid Body. This is what I’m trying to accomplish.

I have an assembly that I need to send to a vendor for fitment. But it has a proprietary set of internal components and geometries. Is there a way to export the assembly as a part with external surfaces only.  I need the final part to be a complete solid inside when cross sectioned while retaining all the external details.

I cannot simply suppress the internal components and save-as *.prt. The internal cavity needs to be completely solid and the feature tree to be a single identity. I’ve tried converting to iges and parasolids, etc.  But these still retain individual component features/surfaces in the design tree.
